This Privacy Policy explains how Voxcroft (“Voxcroft”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Voxcroft mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
We collect the following categories of data:
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or third-party tracking.
Voice cloning is limited to your own voice. By recording a voice sample, you confirm that the voice belongs to you and that you consent to its use for generating speech in the app.
Cloning the voice of any other person without their explicit, informed, and verifiable consent is prohibited. If we are notified that a voice sample uploaded to the Service was created without the speaker’s consent, we will remove it and may terminate the account responsible.
We retain your account data, voice samples, and generated audio for as long as your account is active. Voice generation history may be retained for up to 30 days on the free tier and longer on paid tiers. Subscription records are retained as required for billing and tax compliance.
You can delete your account at any time from within the Voxcroft app (Profile tab → Delete account). Deletion permanently removes your voice profile, reference recordings, generated audio, and history from our servers. Anonymized analytics events may persist after deletion as they cannot be linked back to you.
Voxcroft is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Voxcroft operates globally, and your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) when transferring data internationally.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email when reasonably possible.
