Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect your email address when you sign up, and your Apple ID if you use Sign in with Apple. We also collect the voice samples you upload and the audio files we generate for you.

To protect the fairness of our free trial, we store a one-way encrypted fingerprint of your account identity (email, Apple ID, and device). This fingerprint cannot be reversed — we can never recover your original information from it.

2. How We Use It

• To create and manage your account
• To generate the audio you request
• To manage your subscription and free trial eligibility
• To send you notifications when your audio is ready (if you allow it)
• To improve the app using anonymized usage data

3. What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data
• We don't use your voice samples to train AI models
• We don't share your audio with third parties

4. Data Retention

Your voice profiles and generated audio are kept until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Voxcroft is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
