When reporting a bug, please include your device model, iOS version, and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. To cancel or change your plan, open your device’s subscription settings.

For refund requests, contact Apple Support (iOS) or Google Play Support (Android) — we don’t process refunds directly. We’re happy to help with anything else, including resolving subscription state issues inside the app.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from inside the Voxcroft app: open the Profile tab and select “Delete account”. This permanently removes your voice profile, reference recordings, and generation history from our servers.
